What it costs, before you have to ask.
Fixed monthly. No hourly surprises.
Most IT providers make you book a call to find out a number. These are honest guides — the exact figure for your business comes after the free health check, with no obligation to take it.
We're deliberately not the cheapest. Industry guides put managed IT at roughly $100–$350 per user a month, and warn that some low-cost plans treat backups and security as paid extras — the things that matter most on the morning something breaks. Every managed plan below includes backup monitoring, restore testing and after-hours cover.
After-hours cover
Keep the IT provider you already have. We pick up the hours they don't work — evenings, Saturdays, and a Sunday emergency line.
Break-fix providers typically charge $250–$400 an hour after hours, plus a $200–$350 minimum callout, so a single after-hours job can easily run $450–$1,150. With cover, someone answers when it happens, and extra work carries no callout fee.

After-hours cover is a fixed product — that price is the price. Full management depends on what we find, so those are starting points: an older server or years of neglected security means more work, and we'd rather tell you that honestly than surprise you later. Either way you get a fixed monthly number before you commit, with no onboarding fee while we're building our Melbourne client base.
